Séminor

SEMINOR is a RESPONSIBLE PLAYER in local development and COMMITTED to senior housing. Created in 1959, SEMINOR is a mixed economy company which offers multidisciplinary skills as a builder, manager of rental assets and independent residences which gives it a privileged position at the service of the region's elected officials and its residents. It also has to its credit the construction of public facilities in order to support the development of our territories.

Seminor manages a portfolio of more than 5,000 homes and businesses, spread across 86 municipalities in 4 Normandy departments and in the Somme (Haut de France).

Its assets also consist of senior residences, nursing homes for adults, EHPADs, and collective facilities.

Seminor has in fact always been an important player among the elderly, both in the field of medico-social care, through the management of independent residences and in ordinary housing through intergenerational programs. This approach allows us today to respond to the increasingly important needs of a territory which shows a clear increase in the share of older people in the population.

Seminor’s business project is based on 3 fundamental axes: the development and maintenance of its assets, the quality of service for tenant customers, and the mobilization of our human and financial resources to achieve these objectives.

SEMINOR is also committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach.

Senior Mobility

Aware that a committed social offer is built with strong and involved teams, Seminor strives to offer a unifying and nurturing working environment. If today this framework proves profitable both for our employees and for the company, we know the significant changes that the professional world is undergoing with the emergence of hybrid work, the expectations of new generations... To continue to offer a environment conducive to cohesion, to always be attractive and innovative, we must go further, to think collectively about experimenting with new methods and ideas. It is in this dynamic that we very quickly engaged in the Hu-Man approach. Far from the publicity stunt or a display, we saw the opportunity to promote our good practices, to challenge ourselves around 4 principles which will change our habits, and, to take up the challenge of the 11th principle, the mobility of seniors, who we will be the first to question.
