IAE Nice School of Management

Nice

The IAE Nice School of Management, part of the Université Côte d’Azur, was founded in 1966. It is a public business school whose dual mission for more than 50 years has been to provide students with high-quality, career-oriented education and to supply organizations with the skills they need in management and business sciences. Today, most programs are delivered through work-study schemes, developed in close partnership with the local economic ecosystem and implemented within both private and public sector organizations. The IAE Nice School of Management brings together nearly 900 students in France and abroad and graduates around 400 Master’s (Master 2) students each year. Its mission is to deliver high-level education from Bachelor’s level (Bac+3) to doctoral level (Bac+8) through nearly 20 specialized Master’s programs. IAE Nice also maintains a strong international presence, supported by its overseas campuses in Abidjan (MKD and MAE), Beirut (eDBA), Casablanca (eDBA), Hanoi (IB), and Shanghai (eMBA and eDBA).

The IAE Nice School of Management of Université Côte d’Azur and a member of the IAE France network, has, since its creation, been educating committed and responsible managers capable of supporting the performance and transformation of organizations.

Its academic offering is structured around about twenty nationally accredited Master’s degrees, all delivered through work-study programs and covering the key functions of business management. Professionalization is a major strategic focus, strengthening students’ employability while responding to the concrete needs of companies and organizations.

Proud to belong to a university of excellence, IAE Nice School of Management affirms its identity as a pioneering school in management and business administration. Its responsibility is twofold: to remain faithful to a founding spirit oriented toward business and social mobility, while continuously innovating in its approaches to learning and entrepreneurship in order to address the major economic, societal, and technological transformations of today and tomorrow.

Hu-Man principles

Because the Master in Talent Management at the IAE Nice Graduate School of Management, the Graduate School of Management of the Université Côte d’Azur, was created as part of an inclusive approach aimed at developing innovative and responsible future HR leaders, we have been engaged in a partnership with Hu-Man for the past two years. The objective of this Master’s program, launched in September 2024, is to train professionals for emerging and specialized roles in talent management and development within the HR function. The program prepares students both for positions within HR departments and for managerial roles, as managers are now considered the first managers of talent within organizations. It provides them with a strategic and innovative perspective on HR issues, in light of contemporary societal and technological transformations. In practical terms, Hu-Man contributes to the program through conferences and guest lectures, and our students obtain the Hu-Man certification during the second year of the Master’s program. This partnership is part of a curriculum that combines strong professional immersion, including practical simulations, projects, work-study programs, and internships, with high academic standards. The Master in Talent Management at IAE Nice was recently awarded the Eduniversal Innovation Award 2026 by Eduniversal. This distinction recognizes new programs considered among the most innovative and best aligned with the evolving demands of the labor market.
