Epinal Habitat is the Public Housing Office for the Épinal Urban Community. We provide public housing services to ensure everyone has access to quality housing at a fair price.

Managing of over 5,300 housing units, Épinal Habitat has expertise in the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of real estate assets. We also share this expertise with institutional partners and local authorities to support their projects.

As a key player in regional development, Épinal Habitat supports decision-makers from the planning and urban study phases and develops its skills to meet the many challenges of sustainable housing and urban development.
